Last updated: October 5, 2026
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by SCOSCOLLECTION. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SCOSCOLLECTION.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and to purchases made through the SCOSCOLLECTION online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our website, products or Services:
-
for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
-
to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;
-
to provide false or misleading information;
-
to transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
-
to interfere with the security or operation of our website;
-
to collect personal information about others without lawful permission;
-
to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts;
-
to scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit our website or its content without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect SCOSCOLLECTION, our customers, our systems or third parties.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including their colours, materials, sizes, fit and other characteristics.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings and lighting conditions.
Measurements and sizing information are intended to help customers select an appropriate size. Minor reasonable variations may occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, available sizing information and other relevant product information before ordering.
Product availability may be limited.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
We may change our product range, descriptions or availability at any time. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been concluded, except where permitted by applicable law.
4. PRICES
Prices displayed on our website apply at the time an order is placed, subject to applicable law and clearly identifiable pricing errors.
Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges collected by SCOSCOLLECTION will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been concluded.
International orders
For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected by SCOSCOLLECTION during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with applicable local law.
SCOSCOLLECTION does not control charges imposed independently by customs authorities or other governmental bodies.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment problems, misuse of promotional offers, an obvious pricing error, incorrect information or lack of stock.
We may also limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent suspected commercial resale, fraud or abuse.
If SCOSCOLLECTION cancels an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
6. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
Customers should check their order confirmation as soon as possible and contact SCOSCOLLECTION promptly if they notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address or order can still be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.
If additional costs arise because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed to collect a shipment, those costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law and where the circumstances are attributable to the customer.
This does not affect the customer's mandatory statutory rights.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with SCOSCOLLECTION until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, has physically received the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Once delivery has taken place, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the products.
Further information regarding shipping destinations, delivery estimates and shipping charges is available in our Shipping Policy.
8. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers located within the European Union who purchase products online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason.
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days.
For goods, this period generally begins on the day after the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where multiple products from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins after the final relevant product has been received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform SCOSCOLLECTION of the decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Customers may contact:
After informing SCOSCOLLECTION of the withdrawal, the customer must return the relevant products within 14 days.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
SCOSCOLLECTION does not provide free return shipping for standard returns unless we expressly state otherwise or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
This policy applies to standard returns and change-of-mind returns and does not affect situations in which SCOSCOLLECTION is legally required to bear costs under statutory guarantee rights.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – OUTSIDE THE EU
For customers located outside the European Union, SCOSCOLLECTION voluntarily offers a 30-day return period, calculated from the date the order is received.
A return must comply with the conditions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary international returns unless required by applicable mandatory law or expressly stated otherwise by SCOSCOLLECTION.
Any customs duties, import taxes or similar amounts paid directly to governmental or customs authorities are not collected by SCOSCOLLECTION and therefore cannot generally be refunded by SCOSCOLLECTION.
This voluntary 30-day return policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country.
10. RETURN SHIPPING AND RISK
For standard returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to SCOSCOLLECTION.
Where the customer arranges the return shipment, the customer bears the risk of the return shipment to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We therefore strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service and retaining:
-
proof of postage;
-
the tracking number; and
-
the shipping receipt
until the return has been received and processed.
SCOSCOLLECTION cannot be held responsible for a return shipment lost or damaged during transportation where the customer arranged that shipment and applicable law places that risk on the customer.
This does not apply where SCOSCOLLECTION is legally responsible for the return or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Customers may inspect and try on products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit.
Customers must take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.
Where permitted by applicable law, SCOSCOLLECTION may make a deduction from the refund for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
This may include products showing signs of:
-
excessive wear or use;
-
stains;
-
make-up;
-
deodorant or other cosmetic marks;
-
strong odours;
-
washing;
-
damage caused after delivery;
-
alterations;
-
missing components; or
-
other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try on the product.
The existence and amount of any deduction will be assessed based on the actual reduction in value and applicable law.
Customers should package return shipments carefully and securely.
Further return requirements and any legally permitted exclusions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. REFUNDS
For valid returns, refunds will be processed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
EU statutory withdrawal
Where an EU consumer validly withdraws from the entire order under the statutory right of withdrawal, SCOSCOLLECTION will reimburse the payments required by applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where legally required.
If the customer selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost where permitted by law.
Where only part of an order is returned, original delivery costs do not have to be reimbursed where applicable law permits.
The cost of returning the products to SCOSCOLLECTION remains the customer's responsibility for a standard return.
Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after SCOSCOLLECTION has been informed of the withdrawal.
SCOSCOLLECTION may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides sufficient evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
13. STATUTORY GUARANTEE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer's statutory guarantee rights are separate from the standard return policy.
Customers retain all statutory guarantee and conformity rights provided by applicable law.
For customers in the Netherlands, statutory guarantee does not simply expire after a fixed period. A product must provide the quality and performance that a consumer may reasonably expect from it, taking into account factors such as the nature of the product, information provided and reasonable expected lifespan.
A product may be non-conforming where, for example, it:
-
has a manufacturing defect;
-
is materially different from the product ordered;
-
does not possess characteristics that were promised; or
-
otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable conformity law.
What is not automatically covered
Statutory guarantee does not automatically cover problems caused by circumstances attributable to the customer, such as:
-
normal wear and tear;
-
incorrect or improper use;
-
failure to follow reasonable washing or care instructions;
-
accidental damage caused by the customer;
-
damage caused by incorrect washing or drying;
-
unauthorised alterations or repairs;
-
damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling; or
-
a defect or characteristic that was clearly disclosed to and accepted by the customer before purchase,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Making a guarantee claim
Customers who believe that a product is defective or non-conforming should contact:
Please provide sufficient information for us to investigate the claim, such as:
-
order number;
-
description of the problem; and
-
where reasonably relevant, clear photographs or other evidence showing the reported issue.
Requesting reasonable information to assess a claim does not limit the customer's statutory rights.
If a claim qualifies under applicable statutory guarantee law, SCOSCOLLECTION will provide the legally required remedy free of charge.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase agreement and a refund.
Where applicable law requires the remedy to be provided free of charge, SCOSCOLLECTION will bear the necessary shipping or return costs associated with that remedy.
SCOSCOLLECTION is not required to treat customer-caused damage, normal wear and tear or other circumstances for which SCOSCOLLECTION is not legally responsible as a statutory guarantee claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory guarantee rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
discount codes may not be combined;
-
promotions apply only during the stated promotional period; and
-
discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code in cases of fraud, technical errors or clear misuse, where permitted by law.
Promotional terms never exclude mandatory statutory consumer rights.
15. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING
SCOSCOLLECTION may offer customers the option to receive marketing and promotional communications by text message (SMS).
By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from SCOSCOLLECTION at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed.
For assistance regarding text messages, reply HELP or contact SCOSCOLLECTION at info@scoscollection.nl.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not required to make a purchase from SCOSCOLLECTION.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our collection and processing of telephone numbers, text messaging consent and other personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content available through the SCOSCOLLECTION website, including the SCOSCOLLECTION name, branding, logos, photographs, product photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text and other original content, belongs to SCOSCOLLECTION or is used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Unauthorised commercial use of SCOSCOLLECTION content may result in appropriate legal action.
17. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
Where customers submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, they confirm that they are entitled to submit that content and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe the rights of third parties.
Customers may not submit content that is knowingly false, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing or contains malicious software.
SCOSCOLLECTION may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that violates applicable law, these Terms or the rights of others.
Any use of customer-created photographs, videos or other content by SCOSCOLLECTION for advertising or marketing purposes will be subject to applicable law and any permissions required.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to, integrations with or functionality provided by third parties.
Independent third parties operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.
SCOSCOLLECTION is not responsible for the operation or content of independent third-party websites or services except to the extent that responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
The involvement of a third-party payment, delivery or technology provider does not remove any statutory rights a customer has against SCOSCOLLECTION regarding a purchase made from us.
19. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG) where applicable.
Customers should review our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and our website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Our website may occasionally contain typographical, technical or other errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
An obvious error does not automatically create an entitlement to benefit from that error where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section permits SCOSCOLLECTION to remove mandatory consumer rights or unlawfully alter an already concluded consumer contract.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SCOSCOLLECTION is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under the purchase agreement and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCOSCOLLECTION is not responsible for damage, loss or defects resulting from circumstances attributable to the customer, including:
-
improper or unintended use;
-
failure to follow care or washing instructions;
-
normal wear and tear;
-
accidental damage caused after delivery;
-
unauthorised alterations;
-
incorrect information provided by the customer; or
-
other circumstances for which SCOSCOLLECTION is not legally responsible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCOSCOLLECTION will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the agreement was concluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
SCOSCOLLECTION will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include, depending on the situation:
-
natural disasters;
-
serious transportation disruptions;
-
strikes affecting external services;
-
war or civil unrest;
-
governmental restrictions;
-
customs disruptions;
-
widespread technical or telecommunications failures; or
-
other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances affect an order, SCOSCOLLECTION will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and comply with any obligations that continue to apply under mandatory law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SCOSCOLLECTION may update these Terms of Service from time to time, including to reflect changes to our website, Services, business operations or applicable law.
The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version that was in effect when the relevant purchase agreement was concluded.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively remove or reduce mandatory consumer rights relating to an existing order.
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website.
25. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service and agreements concluded with SCOSCOLLECTION are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing outside the Netherlands, this choice of Dutch law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact SCOSCOLLECTION so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
